We’re looking for a self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented and dependable team member for our front office team! Together this team helps to take care of all of our patients’ scheduling, insurance verification and authorization and payment related needs. They are an integral part of our patients’ experience and a critical part of our mission to positively impact our community. Candidates must have great communication and interpersonal skills, be a person of integrity and humility and have a desire to serve others.
This Team Lead role will specifically be mentored with long-term leadership in mind. Once trained well, they’ll be asked to help coach the front office team, in this location specifically, toward meeting KPIs. To this end, the ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business or other applicable field and will have leadership experience, whether in a professional or academic setting.
