Sydney was born in Canada but moved to Kings Mountain, North Carolina, at a young age, where she spent most of her childhood. She began gymnastics early in life and went on to compete as a collegiate gymnast at the University of Arkansas, where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science (2021). After a series of persistent injuries in college, Sydney medically retired from gymnastics and experienced physical therapy for the first time, sparking her passion for the profession.
She went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (2025). Shortly after graduation, Sydney and her husband moved to Cabot, and she began her career at Searcy Physical Therapy. She was drawn to the Searcy community, the welcoming culture of the clinic, and the opportunity to work alongside an exceptional team of clinicians.
Outside of work, Sydney enjoys spending time with her husband, Marshall, cheering on the Razorbacks, working out, and playing pickleball.
