FIRST TIME PATIENTS

Is your upcoming visit with us your very first experience with physical therapy?

If so, we are humbled that you have chosen us. Many first-time patients are anxious about what PT will be like. We hope to begin putting you at ease before you even arrive.

First, what should you expect from us?

We intend to do everything we can to have a positive impact on you! To do that we’re going to provide you with two things:

Skilled care: We will make a careful assessment of your injury or condition and then will put together a treatment plan unique to you!

Relationship: You can expect to be heard here. We want to know what’s important to you and what you want to achieve through physical therapy. We will partner with you in your recovery!  Our goal is to help you get back to doing the things you love!

We will be doing everything we can to make sure you get the most out of your first visit.  Here are some things you can do to maximize your first visit as well:

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to discuss your insurance benefits, complete paperwork, etc. In fact, you can download and print your paperwork by clicking on the corresponding form(s) at the top of the page.

Bring your driver’s license or photo ID, insurance cards, and a list of current medications. We are also required to collect any copays assigned by your insurance provider at the time of service.

Wear comfortable clothing or bring a change of clothes and change in our dressing rooms prior to your appointment.

We know you have choices when going to physical therapy and we are humbled you have chosen us! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can help in any way!
